My 3 months old baby boy has white patches on his feet and back. I consulted pediatrician but they could not say what exactly it is and why it is developed. Does any one have answer?

A. it may be a fungal infection but it is very difficult to comment without a proper examination if any doubt you can consult to a skin specialist also for a proper guidance
