My 3 months nephew is having fever from last 2 days. Attaching his reports. Please suggest what should I do now. Giving him paracetamol.

Author of questionMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Local doctor is taking care of him. I just need to be satisfied. His doctor is saying he has dengue fever. He is giving him paracetamol and domastal.
