A. To increase your breast milk supply, try feeding your baby frequently and on demand, as frequent nursing stimulates milk production. Also, ensure you are well-hydrated, eating nutritious foods, and getting enough rest. You can try gentle breast massage before and during feeds to encourage letdown. Besides Shatavari, herbal teas like fenugreek or fennel may help, but always check with your doctor first. It’s normal for babies to poop after feeding, especially with breast milk, and this doesn’t cause any issue—it often means digestion is working well. Keep breastfeeding regularly, and with time your milk supply should improve.
