Q.

my 3 month old son is having cold for past 6 days. he is having fever around 100 once daily for last 3 days. i am using saline nasal drops for cold and giving paracetamol for fever. when will the fever go away? should i visit a doctor or is it normal in case of cold in baby? note: he had a little yellow eye discharge one morning.

A. hi, continue with steaming, applying and massaging heated mustard oil to your baby's chest and back, increased breastfeeding, plenty of rest/sleep, and using nasal saline drops. give pcm drops fir 2 more days. if no improvement, do contact ur paediatrician
