my 3 month old got vaginal white patches after applying diaper rash cream after applying the rashes gone but the vaginal discolaration occured... is the discolaration will disapper?

A. hi..keep applying coconut oil on babies vagina .this will clear the white patches, u may also mix one part of castor oil and one part of coconut oil and apply on babies skin this will slowly remo e the white patches.
