My 3 month old baby spitting/vomiting milk frequently from yesterday... is that normal? Give some suggestions

A. baby spitting and vomiting frequently this is common in babies and because of the reflux action always burp after feed don't immediately put the baby on bed after feed maintain gap between feeds give small feeds
