A. hi usually it is normal. so , don't worry offer small and frequent feeds. keep your child head slightly elevated while feeding. make sure your child latches properly because sometimes baby's drink milk too fast and swallows air with milk which gets trapped in stomach then at the time of burping or after feeding air comes out with milk which we call spit up. as you are nursing mother,eat easy to digest food burp your baby well
