Q.
my 3 month old baby poop in diaper at night in sleep i did not check it for a while she sleep in that dirty diaper for a long. is it herm her?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. it is always advisable to change the diaper when it is heavy otherwise it can lead to rashes sometimes infection also watch the area with warm water apply some coconut oil and change the diaper

Shruti SuranaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old boy4 years agoA. hi dear what has happen.. can't be changed..but yes..if baby remains in soiled diaper.. there are chances of catching infection..so.please remain mire alert..and keep checking baby after every three to four hours.
