my 3 month old baby has rash on ingunal region since 2 weeks.. little by little it's increasing. she is wearing diaper at night time only. is this diaper rash. pls let me know what type of skin problem is this. I have attached the photo for reference

A. Siloderm cream is used for the treatment of nappy rash, cracked feet, bedsores, rashes from detergent, etc. It contains dimethicone (also called polydimethylsiloxane), cetrimide, calamine and zinc oxide.
