Q.

My 3 month old baby boy is feeding maximum of 10 mins and then getting distracted and starts to play ..he hesitate to drink milk and turn away from Breast if i try to force feed him (which I don't like to do but am concerned about him getting enough milk) should I be worried?

A. Hello good evening !! Don't worry it's common at this stage 3-5 months they develop milestone of observing surroundings, exploring things, drooling, constantly staring at things avoid or rejects feed. Feed frequently every two hours even for 5-10 minutes check if baby is increasing weight according to age and achieving milestones like roll over, responding to sounds... Have lactating foods rusk, bread toast, papaya, chikoo, garlic, garlic milk, poppy seeds, mutton kheema, milk, diary products to improve milk production.
