my 3 month baby is having this kind of redness from last 3 weeks. i have consulted pediatrician 2 times related this but no relief what should I do now?

Candid be ointment you can apply I think it’s a fungal infection so that would be good and if you don’t think it’s a fungal infection then apply Boroline and regularly it is an antiseptic cream and I’m sure it will help avoid using diapers and if you’re using Boroline apply it every 3 to 4 hours and if you want to use it for fungal infections then you can use it for four times in the day
