my 3 month baby drooling and cranky and cries alot irritate and his skin becomes dry since 2-3 days ..and repeatedly put his hands in mouth..is there any cause of concern for early teething

A. some kids start teething early and it is okay. massage the gums with a moust clean cotton cloth. give silicone teethers to chew on. make sure you ckean the drool immediately apply a moisturizer on the child's face. whatever the child puts in the mouth should be clean always
