Q.
my 3 and half months old son passing little watery stool very frequently, even while coughing, snizing, playing. Due to which he is continuing getting red severe rash at butt. done stool microscopy and it's alkaline. he is only breastfeeding. he passes stool frequently since birth , however sometime very often like today

Yes you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because you’re Dr can only advise you well after examining baby and check in babies reports. You should not give any sort of medication to your baby till it is not advised by doctors of First concerned with your doctor about it
