My 3.8 yrs son is running mild fever with 96 to 98.7 degrees since two days but he’s active and not showing any signs of lethargy, giving him levocetrizine n pcm 5ml each. Please suggest.

A. it may be any viral inf . Mild cold and cough is common in this season . So for this steam is a good option that can be given to baby 2 to 3 times in a day at home . For severe cough ascoril LS like medication can be given .
