my 3.8 yr old is having vomiting, loose motions and fever...this is happening every month ..what is the reason? what medication should follow

Could be due to some related issue which is why it’s happening every month the best thing currently that you can do is to consult a doctor instead of giving medicines from your own side first try to figure out the right reason so that you can proceed with the right solution to it
