my 3.6 year daughter has 3 lymph nodes since 3 months but now it's size is little bit reduced we have done blood test tb test it shows normal but she have a breathing problem she use mouth fr breathing most of the time at night she completely breathing mouth .doctor suggest nasal spray and nasal drops and told to wait for 2months is it ok
