Q.
My 3.5months baby is having extreme itching over his head due to which his old skin is getting removed and along with that hair fall is also there .. pls suggest if anything to be worried?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. your child is having cradle cap or seborrheic dermatitis and you have to daily apply baby shampoo on the scalp of the child during the bathing and do not apply any type of oil on the scalp duringg the daytime but only apply oil at the night time and within one week the cradle cap will disappear. cradle cap is baby dandruff and is a type of fungal infection

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 3 m old girl4 years agoA. For hair fall use warm coconut oil massage weekly twice or thrice.. Also you can use almond oil and massage weekly twice or thrice. For better results you can combine both oils of equal quantity and massage hairs well Avoid frequent hair wash as it may damage the hair too. For skin issues see your doctor dear.
