zora is getting very dry skin with itching along with little fever..kindly suggest what would be beat home treatment for him along with diet

Evion vitamin E cream you can apply otherwise you can apply calamine lotion if there’s too much of itching onto the skin of the child other than that when it comes to food you should give light and easily digest food like porridge and khichadi to the child and avoid giving anything cold as of now that would not be safe to be given to the child
