Q.
My 3.5 Yrs son has developed a skin infection under his arms where the skin develops small small pimple like appearance as a bunch in a specific area as a patch. what could be the reason and what cream to use in this case. please suggest.

If your child has more of sweat then it could be a reason currently I can only recommend you to apply candid dusting powder into that area but you should definitely get it checked with your doctor to have better clarity about what kind of a problem it is and what treatment would be required
