my 3.5 year old boy can sing rymes, alphabet, number, color, fruits, vegetables, varnmala, but can't talk with us even not call us mamma papa,, but when we show family scrap book he identifies. even he doesn't talk about his basic need related talk?

A. You should consult your Paediatrician once and get it checked and if required take help from a speech therapist as they help and also try to encourage child to speak and interact with him more
