Q.
My 3.5 months old got cold. His nose is blocked i have used the saline spray and the nasal aspirator to clear his nose but can anyone suggest any home remedies for cold. Thanks

use nasal saline water, give indirect steam inhalation and increase breast feeding.

Giving steam to the child indirectly is going to be quite benefiting for you along with using nasal space so that is going to be quite a good option and put a pillow under the head while making the child sleep that will also help because the head is going to be elevated position that way
