my 3.2 year old boy have been very cranky nowadays and behind me all the time . He is suffering from cold and cough from past 3-4 days.

AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 3 m old boy4 weeks agoA. Hello mama Cranky is due to cold and cough. u can give wikoryl syrup and apply Vicks vaporub on the chest and back of the kid to give relief from cold and cough.
