Q.

My 2yrs old baby suffering with mild fever we travelled for 24hrs yesterday today his palm and feet was hot is it fever or tiredness? what type of remedies we can take at home

A. hi. .due to change in weatger it may be fever, .if hos body temprature is more then 100 F. guve syp crocin for tine being and keep a watch on body temprature and act accordingly
