My 2years and 7 month old son is having cold cough and slight congestion followed by a stomach infection in which he vomited alot. stomach infection started 9 days ago and corrected on its own and he is having cough since 4 days. please suggest medicine

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children3 years agoA. ok ccold and cough in the baby most of the times is viral infection which will be reducing in a week time trade the baby symptomatically advisable to use steam inhalation for liquification of secretions
