#AskTheExpert Can overfeeding cause gas followed by loosemotion with stomach cramps and fever? Or this is due to stomach infection?

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy4 years agoA. no overfeeding cannot cause such problems immediately. chances are very high that it might be either a part of viral or bacterial infection which has caused fever loose motion abdominal pain cramps
