my son had cough and fever,and he got fever and he is complaining about little stomach cramps in abdomen ,,, please suggest

A. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily. give nasal saline drops in the nasal dcavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalation. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink. give home rxemedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.
