My 2nd baby is 6 weeks old now. He is a preterm baby, born at 32 weeks. I have only a few drops of milk supply in a day and my baby is now on top feed completely. Please help me out with a way to increase my milk supply which will suffice for my baby. I am also going through postpartum depression but trying to come out of it.

A. way to increase breast milk take lactation supplements as lactare.. take green papaya bitter gourd bottle gourd fennel seeds garlic jeera drumstick sabudana... regular pumping increase milk you can use Babyhug electric breast milk...
