my 2nd baby have got hard pimple type behind the ears both sides... anything serious?

Puss Is one thing if you can see it over there then it is a matter of concern it’s not serious but a lot of times these things can happen which needs medical attention for sure so you please get a check with your paediatrician for better clarity according to that the treatment can be suggested
