my 2and half year girl is suffering from teeth cavities front side teeth is rotten

In this here it is very difficult to comment propgherly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause sfo it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for this .

You have to get a check with the dentist the dentist can only tell you whether you need to go ahead with filling of the cavities or getting the tooth extracted on maybe root canal that would completely depend as to how much have the teeth been destroyed so accordingly Dr can guide you
