Q.

my 27th month baby boy don't talk... he can say numbers 1 to 10 and alphabet. but not say maa papa nothing any more

A. Hello, your baby boy is 27 months old and he doesn’t speak even monologues words like mamma and papa etc so don’t worry let him go his way for talk
