My 25-day baby boy has not defecated for the last 4 days Please suggest me

A. Nothing to worry about if the baby is comfortable as it is normal in formula fed babies and try feeding baby on regular intervals and give tummy time gently massage tummy in circular motion and cycling motion of legs also helps
