You need to make sure to feed fresh, home cooked foods rich in fats and proteins. Include foods like rice, potato, pumpkin, sweet potato, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, eggs, chicken, banana, avocado and 550-600 ml milk everyday. Feed 3 main meals and 2-3 times healthy snacks along with variety of fluids.
