Gayatri DawdaMom of 4 children4 years agoA. Hi Pls understand that babys weight gain is not always consistent. It occurs in growth spurts. so best way to track if bahy is growing 5 is to plot height And weight periodically on a growth chart. observe the growth curve at time intervals.
