A. it's called baby acne ..which is quite common in newborns. it will appear at two weeks and gradually subside by it's own by the age of two months. keep massagin with any regular oil that u r using

A. You should go ahead with using calamine lotion and for the time being do not apply any other thing on the face whether it is an oil or a super anything for that matter this go ahead with using basic calamine lotion on the face as of now
