Q.
My 22months old baby ingested 50mcg thyroxine sodium (not sure) and after 1 hour she had vomiting while having chapati.I want to know that whether she vomited because she ate the tablet or it's a normal thing.Even if considering she ate the tablet does it shows any reactions in the body

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby girl is 22 months old and she has ingested a thyroxine tablet and vomited out after eating food so it’s a coincidence and thyroxine single tablet doesn’t have any major serious problem
