Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. sleeping pattern in small children changes from time to time but will improve with increasing age of the child you have to just see for any environmental factor which is affecting the sleep like temperature variations as well as the child might be having some digestion problem or breathing difficulty due to nasal blockage has to be looked into. if the growth of the child is proper do not worry much about the sleeping pattern of the child as it always improve with timed you can increase the physical activity during the daytime as well as avoid more sleeping time during the day time and this will help in improvingd the night time sleeping time .

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 10 m old boy1 Year agoA. It's not uncommon for toddlers to experience disruptions in their sleep patterns, including waking up during the night. However, if this is causing significant concern or disrupting her sleep patterns consistently, it may be beneficial to consult with a pediatrician. They can provide guidance tailored to your daughter's specific needs and help address any underlying issues that may be contributing to her sleep disturbances.
