Q.

my 22 months baby girl sleeps around 12.30- 1.30 at night... she has her dinner at 9.30... she gets up very late in the morning by 10.00 to 11.00... i give her breakfast after that only .. i feel there is a long gap between dinner and breakfast next morning.. i haven't stopped breast feeding... she keeps sucking breast milk frequently while sleeping... should I wake her early for breakfast... pls adv

A. Sleep Cycle in smaller babies is very different and they have a certain pattern initially which becomes regularize at around 6 to 8 months of age and if the baby is comfortajible with no irritability because of infantile colic nasal blockage any regurgitation etc you should not worry just give a comfortable position to the baby and no medicine is required.
