my 21 day's old baby right side ear is like this...some yellow discharge... pls let me know why

You have to check with an ENT doctor one time to know sometimes such small kids if they are fed into the sleeping position can also get an infection into the year so it could be because of that only so better to check with your doctor for clarity on this
