My 20months old Daughter is having fever and is not subsiding even after giving paediatric dolo drops 1.5ml.. She is 11.6.. Should i increase the dosage?

A. Ok Doctor.. but She is having fever every 4-5hrs.. wanted to know if the dose is right or need to increase the dosage

A. it depends on the type of fever do cold sponging also Fever is the response of the body against foreign infection like virus bacteria etc no need to use any medicines unless the temperature is more than hundred degrees
