my 20 month old kid is not speaking well, he just say mumma pa sometime or just babbling.. should i be worried?

FORUM PATELMom of a 7 yr 7 m old boy2 years agoA. hello..does your child having issues in socializing, making an eye contact, response towards being called his name, feeling insecure with other people presence, then i will suggest to tell ur pediatrician about it they will guide you about it. or u can get an opinion from speech therapist too.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 8 m old boy2 years agoA. If your 20-month-old toddler isn't using more than a few words, there may be an underlying issue, such as a hearing problem or other developmental delay. There is a possibility that these delays are temporary.
