My 2 yrs old son got cut under chin and was bleeding quite and bleeding stopped but please guide what shall be applied to the wound as the cut is bit wide

A. if the child is 2 years old and is having some cut injury and bleeding difficult to comment like this without a proper examination so it is advised to consult your doctor once for proper examination and accordingly the doctor will guide you in this matter so consult dr
