Q.

My 2 years baby girl is under weight.She is now 9.5 kilo.please tell me how do grow her weight?

A. Hello good evening !! Baby weight is fine according to age,if baby is active and achieving milestones good at cognitive skills then don't worry about weight. Banana, mango, potato, beans, Dal, ghee, cheese, butter, curd, paneer, dry fruits and nuts, idly, ragi, cerelac with pulses, grains, dry fruits and nuts powder,dal rice,dal kichdi,curd rice, egg, meat helps in increasing weight.
