my 2 years 7 months old daughter has 2 gray hair . how to cure and prevent of hair becoming grey ? Why is hair getting grey so early ?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr 2 m old boy3 years agoA. Hai good morning !! Premature greying happens in few of them. It depends on genes (hereditary- any of the ancestors) , deficiency of vitamins. As only two strands of hair don't worry don't prick them leave normally. Check with Paeditrician if having any vitamin deficiency . Give balanced diet with protein, iron rich foods - leafy vegetables, carrot, beet root, jaggery, pomegranate, sweet potato, flaxseeds, egg,fish, fruit and vegetables,goose berry, garlic in regular diet.
