It depends on genes (hereditary- any of the ancestors) , deficiency of vitamins.
As only two strands of hair don't worry don't prick them leave normally.
Check with Paeditrician if having any vitamin deficiency .
Give balanced diet with protein, iron rich foods - leafy vegetables, carrot, beet root, jaggery, pomegranate, sweet potato, flaxseeds, egg,fish, fruit and vegetables,goose berry, garlic in regular diet.
