my 2 year old girl has suddenly started stammering sometimes ( like 50 percent of all times ) she used to speak clear earlier ( she's a early speaker ) what can be the reason? should I worry about it ? she's suffering from severe cough and cold , can this be the reason?

it is very common that during the language development it can occur in the child but many times it is self limiting and will go away.
sometimes it can get aggravated during the illness process and after that it becomes normal
sometimes it may be associated with sudden stress on the body of the child which might be either psychological as well as developmental.
if there is confusion it is advisable to take help of pediatrician and speech therapist
