Rashmi GuptaMom of a 11 yr 11 m old girl4 weeks agoA. Try to communicate more with the child and still if the child does not pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years then in that case it would be important for you to consult a speech therapist to check why there is a delay in the speech of the child
