my 2 year old baby girl are not speaking ??? only she said mama n dada....what would i do????

Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements
Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
Take a good care of your baby
Stay hydrated
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including cereals fruits vegetables protein rich nutritious food
Maintain hygiene
Encourage her often to speak
Tell story and do lots of fun activities together
