Feed Hand Mashed food to your kid . Give him a normal food in small amount, in frequent intervals.
Identify when he is hungry enough, to feed your kid.
SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr 1 m old girl2 years agoA. Not advisable actually. You can give everything that you normally have. Let it be less oily and also let it less spicy. Include a veggie and fruit everyday. include few nuts everyday. You can start giving all family foods. Everything that you have can be given to baby with less spice and less oil. Avoid snacks and other junks and replace with fruits and nuts.
Breakfast - idli, dosa, pongal, oats, chapati, upma,
Lunch - any rice with dal, veggie rice, Khicidi,
eggs and non veg if your baby eats.
snacks - finger foods,carrot, apple, banana, nuts milkshake, juices, banana, potato, puffed rice, poha,
Dinner, idli, dosa, rice, mixed veg paratha, Khicidi, dal rice, rasam rice, milk rice
