Dear mama to relieve constipation try giving fibre rich food try giving a papaya which is very good for constipation fresh curd every day is very good as it contains a good bacteria that helps in digestion along with that apply mustard oil on babies potty area try to make your baby sit on legs as on Indian toilets as this posture helps to pass the motion easilyWrite Your Answer Here
