Q.

My 2 year 6 month old daughter is closing her fist from last 2 days. And still she is not able to call us Papa and Mama..Will she start speaking now? Is it a sign?

A. proper language / speech development will start between 18 months of age to 3 years of age. there is no need to worry before that just concentrate on the diet and regular interaction with the child. also speech and language develops properly with more people available to interact with the child avoid usage of tv mobile and laptop because they are the most common reasons for delayed speech and language development. the most important thing is that before speech, understanding of the commands given by the parents should be present. by 18 months s if the child is not following basic commands then only you u have to meet the doctor for speech and development assessment. requirement of speech therapy will also be discussed by your doctor.

A. If your child is behaving like this then your child is definitely having some problem maybe some pain or something or the child is hungry that is why your child is making a fist and if your child is in speaking at all as of now kindly check with a speech therapist once
