My 2 year 2 month old boy's IGF-1 level is 22.2. His height is 78 cms and weight is 9 kg. His birth height was 52 cms and weight was 2.6 kg. Please advice next what to do? Is it a worry for his growth?

Hello, your baby boy is 2.2 years old and he is having his IGF 1 level 22.2 and his weight is 9 kg which is less than normal by 25 %and height is normal so he needs high quality proteins and all vitamins and minerals for his growth pattern ahead

Also take him to the park for physical activities as that is very good for physical growth and to be active. Give him lots of water to drink. Good luck and take care
